Refund Policies

On Line Donations
Thank you for supporting the Foundation for Hellenic Studies. All donations are warmly welcomed but because we can’t be there to assist at the time that you donate online, we ask that you carefully complete and record your details and the donation amount as, in the unlikely event of an error occurring, it is easier to rectify the same with this information rather than without.

Errors in Amount Pledged
Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 60 days in which to notify the Foundation for Hellenic Studies of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and directed by email to info@hellenicstudies.com.au, by fax to 08 8232 1970, or by post to 82 Halifax Street, Adelaide SA 5000. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor and the nature of the error. Any tax invoice issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid, and a new tax invoice will be issued for the amount of the correct donation.

Errors by Us
Should an error be made by the Foundation for Hellenic Studies or its financial institution(s) in receiving the online donation, a full refund via the same payment method will be made to the donor immediately upon notification of the error. All costs associated with the refund will be borne by the Foundation for Hellenic Studies.
