By George! Biennial International Art Prize
In 2021, the theme for the inaugural “By George!” international biennial art prize is “Independence – what is it good for?” – commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Greek War of Independence.
Open to all artists from around the world, aged 16+, By George! encourages discussion about independence; its effect on humanity, and the sacrifices made for it through the years.
Submissions will be judged by a panel of acclaimed artists and critics led by Jason Karas together with Diana Jaquillard, Connie Augoustinos, Niki Sperou, and Fotis Kapetopoulos.
